I have asked myself, and others, this question many times. It all started with the answering machine. Then we had emails, mobile phones, and now mobile phones with emails. We now have Twitter, & ppl posting constantly about their lives. It isn't that I don't see how it could benefit this blog, but simply put, quite a bit of the time I don't give a da-- that you are sitting in Starbucks reading a book. I have been asked this question several times and noticed it posted recently so here is a quick explanation of what the eCPM means in adsense. I also calculate this for my other contextual advertising programs as it a very useful tool. eCPM is "effective cost per thousand."
