I just want to start by saying thanks to all of you my readers. You have made this blog what it is, as much as any content I have written. Due to some life changing decisions I have made the painful decision to stop blogging. I love doing this very much and will miss writing and interacting with all of you. This blog has had a decent amount of success over the last 6 months and I have enjoyed every minute. I encourage all of you to continue and have a profitable and productive blogging career.

I have decided to put the site up for sale to give someone the opportunity to continue to build on the foundation I have established. The site just got a good PR of 3-4, is in the Technorati top 10k, has a 45n5 rank of 159, 115 RSS(give or take a few each day) and has roughly 10,000 page views a month with about 7,000 unique visitors. The site is earning in the neighborhood of $1,000 per month, from contextual advertising, ad sales, paid posting, and affiliate sales.
